The indoor trampolines at our Gymnastics Centre are without doubt one of the most popular attractions at our school holiday clinics.
At the Centre we have three tramps – one long trampoline and two medium ones built into the floor.
Kids and teenagers of all ages can learn tricks and flips in a safe, supervised environment.
The long tramp provides endless fun as kids of any skill level can safely jump off at the end into the large foam pit.
Kids attending our vacation care programs are separated into age groups. Each group has exclusive use of the gym at varying times to ensure a safe, age appropriate environment.

At Pittwater Sports Centre, we are the leaders in school holiday clinics on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Children are divided into four groups featuring age appropriate activities designed to keep kids activate, developing their creativity and exploration skills.

5 cool (and easy) tricks kids can try on our trampolines
THE TUCK JUMP – When in the air, bring your knees up to your chest. Then grab just below your knees with your hands.
THE STRADDLE JUMP – When in the air, spread your legs like in a star jump but lift them straight out in front of you. See if you can touch your toes while in the air. A harder version of this is the pike jump which is the same as the straddle jump but your legs are together straight out in front of you.
LET’S TWIST – while jumping on the trampoline, put your arms straight above your head, hands together with your body like an arrow. Now twist your body while in the air. You can do half, or the much harder, full twist. Don’t forget to point your toes! How many can you do in a row?
THE BOTTOM SIT WITH A TWIST – Once you’ve mastered sitting on your bottom after a few bounces, then getting back up again to a standing position in one smooth motion (without using your hands), you’re ready for the bottom sit with a twist. When you land on your bottom, make sure your legs are straight out in front of you, knees together. Then when you bounce back up, put your arms straight up in the air and twist your body so when you bounce back onto your bottom you’re facing the other way. Ask our coaches to spot you to make sure you don’t hurt your back.
THE BACK LANDING – This can be a little scary and is not for the faint-hearted. Instead of sitting on your bottom, twist your body back a little so you land on your back making sure your entire back hits the tramp. Make sure you tuck your chin into your chest before you land, this gives you a nice flat back. Then push out with your legs and arms to come back up again. How many can you do in a row?

Full Day: 7.00am – 6.00pm
AM Half Day: 7am – 12:30pm (includes morning tea)
PM Half Day: 12:30-6pm (includes afternoon tea)
** Please note – Final pick up on Friday 22nd December is 4:30pm

Pittwater Sports Centre
Pittwater Sports Centre is conveniently located on Pittwater Road, North Narrabeen, next door to Pittwater Sports High School (opposite Lake Park). There is plenty of convenient onsite parking which makes drop off and pick ups a breeze.
All our equipment is state-of-the-art with fun and safety paramount. Our Kindygym program specifically devised for pre-schoolers, is Sydney’s longest running kindergym program. Our Fitnastics Gymnastics program teaches school aged children and young adults gymnastics, tumbling and cheerleading from beginners to high level competitors. We also offer casual adult gymnastics classes and tailored-made programs created for schools and community groups.
It’s always party time at the Centre and our kids birthday parties are simply the best! At our FitNastics kids birthday parties you have access to the whole gym. Imagine flying on the trapeze, jumping on the trampolines, play gladiator and survivor in the fun foam filled pit, sack races and much more! Birthday parties at our indoor play centre is stress free and mess free. With all the latest indoor play equipment— slippery dips, ball pits, and soft play equipment — The Sand Bucket Play Centre is the place to bring the kids to run off some energy, whilst you relax and enjoy a coffee in the Pittwater Sports Centre Café.
